We are Ryan Rossier Fitness, an online fitness coaching business. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

The coaching application

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your age range, your goals, what gets in the way, where you plan to train and how you found us. We also note which page and which ad or link brought you here, if any. Your application is sent by email to our founder, Ryan Rossier, and is used only to review your application and contact you about coaching.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which receives the details you enter on the booking calendar. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information: calendly.com/privacy.

Videos

Our films are hosted on YouTube and play in its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Google’s privacy policy applies once you do: policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will say so first.

Hosting

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

What we never do

We never sell your details or share them with anyone outside the services named here.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email ryanrossierfit@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
